  • Advertise and Source: Advertising the vacancy and sourcing the right candidates through job portals, professional networking sites, headhunting, and direct/indirect references.
  • Screen and Identify Candidates:Screening the candidate from the resume pool as per the requirement of the client and preliminary assessment through the 1st round of interview.

  • Promoting Client and Position: Communicate about the company profile and the vacancy to the potential candidate.
  • Candidate Profile Submission: A preliminary interview assessment report submitted by job Cart to the client for the judgment about the expertise of the candidate and suitability as per the requirement/ vacancy.
  • Facilitate the Client and Candidate Connection: Facilitate the connection between the client and the candidate for the rounds of interview.
  • Selection and Follow Up:Follow up with the clients regarding the Selection/ Rejection report and communication to the candidates.
